Hopes of a quick trade deal with the USA faded this morning after Donald Trump launched a scorching attack on the UK’s decision to allow Chinese giant Huawei to supply 5G technology.
His 3am tweet read:
“Great news UK leaving those sad EU losers tonight but NO way we share intelligence data unless ALL Huawei products are CLORINIZED! I know ALL about the science folks, believe me, ONLY clorinizing will kill those CHINESE viruses!”
